12 Pattaya Hotels Reviewed From Budget Rooms To Luxury Stays

So, recently guys, I’ve stayed in 12 different hotels here in Pattaya. Yeah, not all of them were great decisions. So, if you are planning a trip and wondering where to stay, this is for you. Most are budget, right in the middle of the action. If you feel a bit more luxury, but still affordable. And yes, one of them claims to be five-star for under $30. We’ll check it together. At the end, I will give you my top three, so you know exactly where to book and what to avoid. All right, starting from the first hotel.

Cocotel Pattaya Budget Hotel

This is a budget chain you’ll find it all over Thailand, from Phuket to Krabi to Pattaya. So, it’s pretty common choice. So, it’s very easy to reach this hotel. As you can see, you just drop out in front of Pattaya Avenue, and from here you walk inside Major Cineplex. You’re not going to watch a movie. And once you are out, just turn right, and here we are. One of the budget hotels, not only Pattaya, you have in Phuket, Krabi, Bangkok. So, if you want to stay in budget hotels, don’t forget Cocotel. Now, We are staying at the fifth floor.

I’m sure you are going to get surprised because it’s a really nice place with a very special price. Hope you enjoy your stay. A very big room with a balcony. We’re going to check it if it’s smooth. Everything seems clean, very neat. The logo of this hotel is a ship. As you can see, no smoking room, 5,000 Thai Baht. And this is the closet. Definitely, there is nothing inside. And of course, coffee making machine. They don’t have water. In this hotel, they save the planet. Check out water dispenser on your floor. And you can say hello to your neighbors from the balcony. Yeah, you can make friends here.

So, as I mentioned, this is one of those budget hotels. You’ll find it all over Thailand, not just Pattaya. Location is solid, about 3 minutes from Walking Street, surrounded by bars and nightlife. I’ll give it 7 out of 10. The room is actually quite spacious for the price, comfortable with a small balcony and even a pool. Breakfast is available, too. Very basic, but affordable. Downside, not much, really. Small balcony, no view, but overall for the price is a solid choice.

March Hotel Pattaya

The second hotel, a very budget-friendly and part of a common chain. You’ll find it in different areas. That’s Soi 5, and we came from that crazy Soi Soi 6. This is the beach, and this is the entrance of this hotel. As you can see, there is another hotel along the way. It’s called The Season Pattaya, and this is the sign of the hotel. It’s called March Hotel. From outside, it seems perfect for $12 per night. Or 15, maybe, according to the season and availability. As you can see, it’s a really good place for the price that we have paid. You have a couch here to sit. As I said, they have upgraded us pool view.

So, where is the pool? This is the road, and that way is the beach road. So, the location is really nice. You have a space to sit here. The balcony is good, you know. Let’s go inside because it’s super hot. So, all in all, a place to work, a TV. Two complimentary water. Big space to put your stuff. And this is the bedroom. You have everything you need. So, hair dryer and of course a shower. Great location, close to the action, but still quiet when you need it. Very affordable, but the room is on the smaller side. Nothing fancy, just the basics. Still overall solid hotel for the price.

August Hotel Pattaya

Third hotel, same chain as before. Can be very budget in low season, but generally it’s still affordable. All right, let me give you a quick tour about the room. I really like hotels that they have a couch because I don’t like only the bed, so you can sit, relax. The space is quite big. You know, in Thailand the beds are not too much soft, but this one is good. And seems comfortable. You have a TV, a place to sit and work. You have a big space here. I don’t know for what.

A refrigerator, two complimentary bottles of water, coffee making machine, a lots of places to put your stuff, closet, closet, closet, and here you have the safe box. And here a place to check yourself before you go out. Now, this is the bedroom. And you have everything you need. Of course, a shower, the towels, even you have toothbrushes. Actually, they have upgraded me and you can see that Hilton. That’s Pattaya Central Beach Road. The location is very strategic, especially if you love to party. So, this is August Hotel. Definitely one of the best options if you catch it with a good price.

Big suspicious room, nice pool views, very quiet at night, and location, I can give it 9 over 10. Only issue, it fills up quickly in high season. But overall, a great stay.

Royal Palace Pattaya

So, hotel number four. Looks like a five-star from the outside, but it’s actually a budget hotel. From outside, seems very nice place. It’s like Caesar Palace. What you do like he come to we’ll come today? So, our room is at the fifth floor. And you have to give 1,000 baht deposit while you are checking and our room number is 533. And it seems a nice hotel for the price that I have paid. Seems very nice place, really, for the price that I have paid. What’s about the bed? Two chairs to sit, a couch, a place to work. I think the space is amazing. And this is the bedroom. And from here, you can see the mirror.

You have a kettle, two complimentary waters, coffee, tea, a big refrigerator, closet, and I think No. I’ve got two keys, even if you are alone, they give you two keys. I didn’t mention the price yet, but I’m teasing you. You have a balcony, and this is the view. Didn’t expect much, but it actually surprised me. Big rooms, nice views, and super quiet at night. Only small issue, the balcony feels a bit open, so just be careful. But overall, really nice stay.

Golden Ville Boutique Hotel Pattaya

This one was a last-minute booking. It was just okay, nothing crazy. The Golden Ville Boutique Hotel. So, that’s the main road. Just on the second road of Pattaya. Open 10:00 until 10:00. So, this is room 306, third floor. First impression, not bad. At this side, you have a TV, a place to work, a refrigerator. Two bottle of complimentary water. Coffee making machine. I have no idea what is this here. Maybe meditation space. Actually, you have a window. You don’t have a balcony. They have balcony options, but as I said, I have booked at the last minute. So, this is the room. You have a very old-fashioned phone.

I think this one is from 1970s. And this is the bathroom. Japanese style bathroom. Yeah, guys, it’s clean. Golden Ville Boutique Hotel. Last minute booking, but still a decent stay. Very affordable, quiet at night. Downside, small rooms, no windows in my case, but overall, it’s fine for the price.

24 7 Boutique Hotel Pattaya

Hotel 6, another last minute booking. This one is definitely more for the party crowd. This is our room, 410. You have a couch to sit, cool. And this is the view. At least we have a balcony. So, Today outside is very very hot. So, this is the room. I mean, it’s not bad for the price that we have paid. We have coffee, kettle, place to work. We have two complimentary water there. We have a shower, classical. And this is the bedroom. You have also swimming pool, a gym, and check just this side you have all the nightlife. 24/7 Boutique Hotel Budget Stay in Soi Honey. So, this one is for the party lovers.

Super close to the action, bars everywhere, everything nearby. Only downside, it can be noisy at night. But, if you want to stay in the middle of the action, this is a solid choice.

Nova Gold Hotel Pattaya

All right, seventh hotel. This was actually a nice surprise. I got upgraded and right away the impression was really good. This is Soi 4 and the opposite side you have Soi 6. From here you have to walk around 300 m to the hotel. Actually, I’ve stayed in this Soi before. You see that All Seasons Hotel. I’ve stayed here, I think, last year. But, our hotel for tonight is located little bit further. So, that’s our hotel, Nova Gold Hotel. 7-Eleven, the main Soi, and that’s the hotel. From outside seems a nice building. The location is amazing. But First So, our hotel name today is Nova Gold Hotel.

All right, our room is 211. We have booked deluxe room, but they have told me that they have upgraded me to a corner room. I don’t know, but we are still at the second floor. This is the corner room. As I said, we have upgraded. More than I have expected. So, we have soft bed, a very big room. As you can see, a closet. And this is the refrigerator. Oh, you have water, soda, beer. This is the bathroom. Wow, we have a bathtub. Guys, this is not the room that I booked online, but it’s better than the room that I have booked, definitely. So, We have also a balcony. Yeah, I’m not kidding.

All right, so this is the balcony. Well, you won’t see the beach, but at least you have a balcony. There is a small pool here. Nova Gold Hotel, really nice stay, especially after the upgrade. Big room, comfortable, and affordable. Only small downside is about 10 minutes walk to the beach, but you’re close to everything and it’s quiet at night. Overall, a very good hotel.

Caesar Palace Pattaya

Stayed here during Songkran this year. It has a one big bed and one small bed inside. I have no idea why I am being upgraded every time I check in. So, this is the room. So, as you can see, we have two beds, one double, one single. And it’s only me staying. So, which one is soft? Both of them are kind of hard, but it’s okay for one night. I mean, the space is not bad. You have a place to sit. It’s cozy, a TV, a place to work, a refrigerator, two complimentary waters, kettle, coffee, you have safety box. And this is the bathroom. So, oh, you have also a bathtub in this three-star hotel, a shower.

So, that was the bathroom. And now, we don’t have balcony in this time. This is This is the view. That’s Central Pattaya. Now you know where we are staying. And you can see from here, that’s my favorite shop for a massage session. So, the location is on the second road. And of course, having Central Pattaya just at your footsteps, it’s really nice. So, I have paid for this room only 1,000 Thai baht including the taxes, no breakfast. And I think it’s a good price. Caesar Palace, good Songkran stay. Affordable and overall okay. Downside, small room and can get really noisy during events.

But overall, I’d give it 7 over 10.

Grand Palazzo Hotel Pattaya

This is a five-star hotel in Pattaya, but you can actually get it for a budget prices. As you see that Soi 6 Who doesn’t know Soi 6? And in order to go to our hotel, we have to enter Soi 4 this way. And this is our hotel. It’s exactly 2:00 p.m. And our room is located at the 10th floor. So, the view should be hopefully good. As you can see, you have a big big bed. And the space is also very very big. We have a place to sit here, a couch, a place to work, a TV. Surely, you are wondering now about the view. So, you have a big big balcony. And this is the view. We are at the 10th floor.

You have a pool at the third floor. We’re going to check the pool later, but you can see a very open wide space. So, you can consider yourself a partial beach view. Pattaya Central Beach. And you can see how big is the balcony. Now, I don’t smoke, guys. So, this room is no smoking. And this is the bedroom. And you can see again that the space is very big. So, this is Grand Palazzo five-star, but very budget-friendly, specially in the low season. One of my favorite options if you want to stay in luxury hotel without paying luxury prices.

Only downside, it’s a bit far from the action, about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach. But, overall, really nice stay.

Pattaya Discovery Hotel

Hotel Ten, this is a luxury hotel. I’ve stayed there for my birthday in Pattaya. A big place to put your clothes, a refrigerator, empty, coffee making machine, lots of lots of spaces. It’s look like an apartment, right? And how about the bed? And this is the view. So, what we have here? Yeah, it’s a partial sea view. You can see that’s Pattaya Beach. And this is the main road. So, you have lots of choices at this hotel. And I think it’s nice. You have a bathtub, shower, a big bedroom. From here, you can see So, Oh. So, you can open this and see the bedroom. So, how much we paid for this hotel?

So, this is the swimming pool. That’s the building we stay at the 17th floor. And just next to the hotel, guys, this street just next to the hotel is Soi 6. As you can see, you have direct access from the hotel to the main beach road. So, the location is amazing, really. Pattaya Discovery Hotel. Luxury stay with really nice rooms and views. And the best part is the location right next to the beach. It’s not the cheapest option, but if you want beach access, action nearby, and good views, it’s one of the best picks in Pattaya.

Siam at Siam Design Hotel Pattaya

Here we come to Hotel 11. This is a 4.5 to 5-star hotel in Pattaya with a really nice rooftop. And this couch is amazing at the corner. The bed is soft, a place to work. Barbu, this is the restaurant we’re going to check it today in the afternoon. A lot A lots of beers in the refrigerator. Lots of beers in the refrigerator. And this is chocolate, coffee making machine, two complimentary water. Hey, drink more water. And if you want something special, they have also drinking water, 100 Thai baht. The design is very nice, and this is the bathroom. And this is separate toilet. That’s Pattaya Beach.

That’s Central Marina, Terminal 21. You are in the middle of the action. The location of the hotel is amazing. Siam at Siam Design Hotel Pattaya. Luxury vibe, great location, nice rooms, and amazing rooftop bar. Only downside, it’s not very budget-friendly, but everything else is very good.

Meramar Hotel Pattaya

Hotel number 12, the last one. This is a five-star hotel we stayed at for a friend’s birthday. I think that’s way, yeah. So, we are at the last floor. The view should be beautiful. We have balcony, too. This is where we are going to stay for one night. A view to the bedroom. It’s worth for one night. And of course you have to pay for the other things. The most beautiful thing in this hotel is the view. Check this out, guys. This is the swimming pool. And this is just on the main road. So, this is Pattaya Beach Road. And this is the hotel. That’s our room in the middle of the action. Meramar Hotel Pattaya.

Location is a perfect 10 over 10, right on the beach. Rooms are not huge, but have everything you need. Views are amazing and overall it’s a beautiful stay. Only downside, it can be noisy during events. Other than that, it’s a pretty much perfect. So, in the end, your budget, your vibe, and how adventurous you feel while you are booking hotels.
